Hi, I would firstly like to say thank you for visiting my website, I hope you find it informative and of value. This page will hopefully explain a little bit more about HRS Property Solutions and the director… Me! I have lived in London all my life and grew up in Leyton, East London. I know that London is a great place to live and to invest, due to the ever increasing demand for homes, London has great opportunities so that investors can achieve great results with the right knowledge and experience.

HRS Property Solutions helps provide ethical property solutions for landlords, as well as providing high spec, modern quality homes for tenants within London and surrounding areas , ensuring that our tenants live in the best possible comfort, whilst remaining completely affordable.

Another passion of HRS Property Solutions is to help other investors achieve fantastic returns on their money as we work together to achieve great profits from our property projects! I firmly believe that far greater results are achieved when people come together to work towards the same goal! Fundamentally working together is about relationships and I believe in building and maintaining great relationships with everyone I work with, from estate agents to my investors, to my tradesmen to my legal team and of course my tenants.

My strategies with regards to investing in properties are HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupation), PLO (Purchase Lease Options) and R2R (Rent to Rent).

I can explain in more depth what those strategies are, just let me know and we will arrange a telephone call, skype call or even to meet for some coffee (or tea if you prefer!). In the future I am also looking to get into bigger projects in property development.

After seeing what life changing results property can give, I knew I had to educate myself if I was ever going to invest in property correctly whilst minimalising the risks. So I decided to join the Property Investors Network Accelerator course and soon after I joined the Mastermind Programme course which not only provides me with incredible knowledge about investing in property but also gives me access to successful professional property investors throughout the UK who have a passion for property just as much as me! I know if I need help with a certain project, all I need to do is pick up the phone and call another property investor in my network, which is pretty amazing!

In my spare time I love running or going for long walks and spending quality time with family and friends. I also love gadgets, I’ve come from a technical background and the interest has never left me.

I am keen to connect with people from all different backgrounds and different levels of property experience. I am also looking to connect with people worldwide who invest in property or are thinking of investing, to see if i can help in any way.
